I am Computer Science graduate with specialization in network administration from a reputable institute in Pakistan. I have worked for 11+ years with largest telecom operator - Mobilink (Jazz) in Pakistan where I started as Customer Care Representative - Contact Center. With great zeal, I made my way up to next level of responsibilities soon and performed duties as Team Leader - Contact Center and lead different teams from multiple functional domains.

My interest got me an opportunity to work in most important unit of largest functional domain of organization where I steered as Team Coordinator. I learned and experienced real multitasking, cross functional domains coordination, stakeholders and time management besides acquiring the in-depth knowledge of technology systems.

With comprehensive knowledge of technical infrastructure and analytical skills, I was again trusted as Specialist - Enterprise Solution. For almost 3 years, I have been involved in resolving critical Corporate & non-Corporate business customers QoS (Quality of Service) network related complaints through network optimization in current network infrastructure or proposing dedicated solutions (Micro Repeater, NBTS, Cel-fi, Femto) in order to resolve coverage issue at user premises. I worked closely with some of the best technical experts and operations management gurus. My mere responsibilities were to look after end to end solution deployment and project management.
