20-year experience in development Sector performed as Executive Staff member/ Manager in different Organizations including Government Departments.
Managed as lead more than 10-Nutrition Related Projects in the Different Districts of Balochistan, supported and funded by UNICEFM UNWFP, World Bank and Nutrition Directrorite Health Department Government of Balochistan.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ø To give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization\'s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
Ø To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization with the chair, enable the Board to fulfill its governance function.
Ø Head of Management team
Ø Board Administration and Support -- Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff, and supporting Board\'s evaluation of chief executive
Ø Program Delivery -- Oversees design of project and proposals, promotion, delivery and quality of programs.
Ø Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management -- Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manage organization\'s resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.
Ø Human Resource Management -- Hiring potential staff at management/ field level and effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
Ø Community and Public Relations -- Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
Ø Fundraising -- Oversees fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach founders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation.
Ø Reporting: Regular Correspondence/ communication with donors and final review and submit regular periodical progress reports to donors.
Ø Procurement: ensure transparency in all type of procurements process (PAO-BK) and donor funded projects
Ø Projects & Project Offices – Responsible to monitor and evaluate the projects,
Ø Supervise, examine all administrative units, project offices and to give feedback for improvement.
Ø Capacity building and strengthen local NGOs through conduction various trainings at all level.
Ø Develop and produce weekly, monthly and Quarterly work plan of CSD/CAP activities.
Ø Supervise community mobilization process at community group level.
Ø Provide technical support to local organizations and NGOs.
Ø Participate and conduct social awareness programs in the district..
Ø Coordinate and manage all events at National, provincial and district level.
Ø Coordinate all stakeholders including Nutrition Cell and UNICEF, CAP consultant.
Ø Conduct monthly meetings with all member NGOs of NGO-Network.
Ø Close liaisons with district administration, local government and other organizations.
Ø Capacity Assessment of local NGOs and CBOs.
Ø Facilitate Union Nazims and Secretaries during birth registration process.
Ø Submit weekly, monthly and Quarterly progress reports of NGOs network and all partner organizations to Nutrition Cell and UNICEF.
Ø Develop yearly PCA technical and financial with the consultation of NGO network and other partner organizations.
Ø Ensure proper disbursement of the funds according to budget guideline.
Ø Supervision of Project staff at district and cluster level.
Ø Maintained CIB at district level.
Ø Organize Monthly meeting of District Coordination Committee headed by District Nazim.
Ø Monitoring and evaluation of CSD/CAP interventions of partner organizations and feed back to UNICEF CAP consultant and Provincial Nutrition Cell.
Role and Responsibilities.
Ø Correspondence and coordination with UNICEF on behalf of district Government.
Ø Establishment District Information Management System DMIS-Cell.
Ø Monitor Field activities of project on behalf of District Government.
Ø Management of Financial Resources of the Project and ensure timely submission progress report and financial reports after approval of District Coordination Officer/Project District (FDP)
Ø Facilitate and organize trainings for Elected Representatives (union/tehsil/ district Nazims and counselors.
Ø Inputs and development initial draft of district devolution plan (district Kalat)
Ø Update district Profile of Kalat district.
