To oversee a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.


 


Primary Responsibilities:


 



Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports with the help of QuickBooks by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Recording of debits and credits.
Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
Interpret and apply accounting policies such as IFRS Standards, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Followed manager instructions. Handled cash and cash equivalent. Clients I worked on were Bank of Punjab (BOP). 1. Attend and observed cash count conducted by entity staff.
2. Performed analytical procedure on petty cash expenditure.
