<div><p><strong><u>Projects Completed/In Progress:</u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>Sustainable Environment Project:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Effluent Treatment Plant (In Progress) §Currently working on the process design basis of effluent treatment plant during which selecting feasible process considering the waste water parameters.</li> <li>Drawing process based comparisons among different technologies and selecting feasible process considering the process needs. </li> </ul> <p><strong>2.  UN Sustainable Development Goals: (In Progress)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently working in a team on achieving 7 UNs Sustainable Development Goals including clean water, affordable and clean energy, waste minimization, climate, people, production and packaging.</li> <li>Initially identifying gaps and areas of improvement to work on</li> <li>Emission monitoring, waste reduction, legal compliance and risk management Audits.</li> </ul> <p>In support of UN SDGs organized different events at organizational level, these events include</p> <p><strong>World Water day celebration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organized and celebrate this day to raise awareness among the management and workers about water as a precious resource.</li> <li>Led the celebration with opening note on water day and key note by guest speaker.</li> <li>Arranged a best water saving idea competition among management staff and workers, distribute the giveaways for best idea.</li> </ul> <p><strong>World Earth Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organized a plantation activity with site senior executive management  in collaboration with NFEH - National Forum for Environment and Health. </li> <li>Conducted online quiz on World Earth Day to raise awareness for management staff and giveaways for top scorers.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Energy Conservation </u><u>Projects:</u></strong></p> <strong>1.FIRE WATER and GAS NETWORK UPGRADATION:</strong> <ul> <li>Drew the complete as built P&amp;ID for fire water system of whole facility.</li> <li>Performed Hydraulic simulation of fire water debottlenecking of whole piping network to minimize energy losses.</li> <li>Conducted fire water pump performance test as per NFPA 25 (standard for inspection, testing, and maintenance of water based fire protection system) Reviewed and analyzed the natural gas network modelling simulations developed by vendor and inculcate the solutions to problems faced by site in terms of continuous pressure drops. Pressure that was achieved by burners was 2 psi which reached to 5 psi after revamping.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2.  COMMISSIONING OF DISTILLATION PLANT:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Worked with Chinese Engineer during the commissioning of DMF recycling distillation plant.</li> <li>Lead the team and conducted the individual and integrated hydro testing of process and utilities piping and also the piping verification of plant.</li> <li>Worked in the erection of DMF recycling distillation plant and did the trouble shooting regarding the installation of different equipment including cooling tower, vacuum/diaphragm pumps and gas regulators.</li> </ul> </div>
