Station Coordinator Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122), Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa February 2010 to march 2023.
Station Coordinator is keeping continues liaison with District Health Officer and local authorities to solve the problems pertaining to the operational activities of the Rescuer during their response to the emergencies.
This is govt. established department for rapid response in case of emergency and disaster occurrence.
Description of duties.
Immediate responded in case of fire emergency or any emergency.
Leading, managing fire crew or other Emergency Response Team in case of emergency.
Preparedness of staff, vehicles and equipments before emergencies.
Supervise and manage rescue Station, staff regarding their duties, attendance, discipline, turnout and operational activities.
Ensuring optimal condition and working equipment, vehicle and their use.
Ensuring motivation and skills of the staff by arranging lectures, training drills, motivational tasks, sports, writing skills (extra curriculum activities) and grievances of staff with close coordination of Rescue and Safety Officer.
On the completion of the incident he will debrief and encourage the staff participated in the incident and also point out the deficiencies occurred if there is.
Prepare the incident report from collected data by analyzing the data and describe it causes.
Assist in designing and standardizing the training programs for the community so that the community may be able to assist in the emergencies effectively.
Assist in the establishment and deployment of Community Emergency Response Teams for major events.
Maintain physical fitness, body posture, and discipline, neat and professional look, wear uniform during duty and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) of the Service.
Any task assigned by the Competent Authority.
leaded fire crew by quick response in more than hundreds of fire emergency and extinguished successfully. Acted as Incident Commander in major emergencies.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Appreciating letter from PCSIR ( Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Laboratories), of firefighting and supervisory role. Appreciating letter from DG ERS, head of department, for saving lives and property of people during performance of duties.

Monitored all NRC movement activities on a daily basis.
Maintained location boards tracking NRC office staff and vehicles;
Updated and maintained accurate mapping details showing team locations, work areas or sites.

Operated Thuraya, mobile phone and internal phone systems; in English and local languages;
Conducted communication check with all guards on night shift and weekends every second hour and log and present this to Guard supervisor when asked to do so.

Description:Imparted presentation and training on fire prevention and fire fighting procedures to NRC guards and key staff.
Kept all the fire equipment s in working condition by checking on monthly and annual basis.
Conducted fire safety assessment of NRC facilities, country office, field offices and warehouses.
Drew fire evacuation charts and SOP.
Kept evacuation plan updated in NRC structure.
Provided fire presentation to local and foreign officer of NRC.
This is local police under provincial government divided in various police station with legal authority and protection.
