Ensute that customers are well looked by the branch team by following the Organization\'s policies and procedures, by providing them personalised services with proper guidance.
Register and keep a record of customer complaints.
Ensure that all customer requests are timely processed by the branch team.
Ensure that the highlighted service related discrepancies are timely resolved.
Strong follow up in resolving branch issues and problems pertaining to the respective departments or vendors.
Works on account opening.
Works on promoting digitalization by giving proper guidance to customers through different means.
Works on issuance of Proceeds Realization Certificates & Statements of Accounts.
