Direct and control Supply chain to ensure that customers are supplied with the right quantities of goods in time.
Direct and oversee the business development department and evaluate the technical and financial proposal for RFP’s and tenders before final submission.
Oversee Finance department to ensure that the company has the enough funds to carry out its services efficiently.
Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure safe and healthy working environments across all company locations.
Maintain working relationships with all other directors to ensure effective co-ordination of all company activities in support of corporate objectives.
