Responsibility :
Filing and recording keeping of supporting documents of project activities
Checking of data for errors or omissions and filing of MIS forms in physical files
Timely preparation and reporting of reports for submission to PR, donor or other stake holders.
Maintain and control inventory of any supplies including ATTs or diagnostic support. Maintain records of all TBO forms as per requirement of the project.
Review and ensure accuracy and validity of data entered in MIS or any other E-application and follow with supervisor for any edition / correction if required.
Responsible to keep record/back up of primary data source and to show when review is required by the seniors
Also responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting of hardware, software and network communications.
