Work Description as a Warehouse Officer in Hilal Foods
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• To monitor operational activities of dispatches of Sindh Region.
• Maintain inventory records on ERP.
• Prepare Aging & warehouse audit report on monthly basis.
• To maintain optimum stocks availability.
• To receive Sales orders from Sales and form relevant delivery challan and invoices.
• Coordination with concern transporters and customers.
• Supervise the labor working loading & unloading.
• Ensure stocks are in agreement with SCM (Computer Inventory Data)
• Monitor stock position & storekeeper daily activities.
• Direct coordination with all Transporters and Contract Companies.
• Tracking of trucks for timely deliveries for customers.
