My job is (SBCC & UCCO)Social behavior Change communication and Advocacy officer to communicate, mobilize and awearnes of the community about health care services especially regarding Polio vaccination and Routine Immunization RI and Mal-Nutrition.My job include to change the behavior and mindset of regid community for wellbeing through advocacy and cummunity engagement tools. The job description also contain supervision, monitoring and evaluation, and also Risk Reduction management.Awareness and community engagement (CE) session of SBCC in targeted areas.Assist the UC, and district trainers in planning, coordinating, and organizing training sessions about SBBC and Advocacy for vaccination teams and supervisors.Promote partnership with all influencing factors at UC level in support of Polio, Mall-nutrition and Routine Immunization RI.Monitor the process of implementation of the campaign as per SBBC guidelines and provide feedback in DEOC.Ensure proper implementation of awareness and Community engagement sessions with special attention to hard-to-reach areas and under- served high risk populations.Attend the daily evening review meeting at UC and District level for every SIAs and record the findings/observations for corrective action on the following day of the campaign.Participate in preparation of realistic catch-up plans with the help of SBCC protocol and Advocacy for missed children and monitor their implementations.Participate in organizing the re-do/sweeping activities in the UC as required in the light of PCM and LQAs results.Master trainer of SBCC and advocacy to trained the teams, Area in-charge, UCMO and supervisors.Liaison development between the communities and religious support persons at the UC and District level, assisting the refusing parents in both religious and Medical perspective with help of Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) and  inter_personal communication (IPC).
