• Co-ordinating with Engineering to expedite the engineering documents/drawings submission to client and their approvals.
• Handling the submissions of NMR’s (601/602/603) with engineering / client and accordingly claiming in the monthly invoices.
• Finalizing the orders of project material for procurement that includes Technical and Commercial evaluation of offers from various suppliers in compliance with specifications of the project.
• Procuring the material as per updated Saudi Aramco RVL in consideration of Inspectable / Non-Inspectable items & SAER 1972.
• Preparing material submittals, material requisitions, order placement recommendation and getting approval from client as per Project’s Quality requirements.
• Reviewing ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan) submitted by the vendors.
• Focal point for liaising between the Clients (Aramco/ Petrofac) and Quality/ Engineering/ Planning for Project related issues.
• Facilitating execution of project as per the approved schedule and allocated budget.
• Invoicing plan (PMS) of vendors, Progress reports and day to day correspondence and meeting with the client and vendors.
• Attending weekly and monthly project meetings with Client to ensure that issues are effectively and timely resolved without any delay.
• Develop a VDRL (vendor document requirement list) for tracking of incoming and outgoing submitted transmittals and documents.
• Responsible for communication protocol correspondence with the client.
• Review of daily, weekly & monthly reports according to the progress, prior to client’s submission.
• Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards.
• Process and resolve concession & deviation requests, non-conformities etc. from the Contractors.
• Arranging PIM & TPI at manufacturer’s facility with co-ordination of Client and manufacturer.
• Making corrective actions to close NCR (nonconformance reports).

Responsible for execute mechanical maintenance activities in Polycon Department.
Responsibilities:
• Installation and execution of various equipments such as pumps, heat exchangers, agitators, ID and FD fans etc.
• Fabrication, erection and modification of new and existing equipment.
• Familiar with International Standard, Code and Specification ASME, ASHRAE, NFPA and API.
• Site Inspection for the installation, Progress and Quality of Mechanical work executed by Contractor in accordance with BOM/Scope of work.
• Prepare daily working reports according to the schedule.
• Co-ordinate with the other departments and prepared technical requisition for the scope of work.
• Managed the substation project, material planning and detailed drawing.
• Compiled and analyze the direct cost and indirect cost that occurred in the project.
• Good Knowledge in installation and erection of piping materials.
• Preparation of feasibility studies for the expansion of plant.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of proposals received.

• Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as generator, compressors & pumps etc.
• Inspection of lubrication of various equipments.
• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
• Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
