Major Responsibilities
·         Prepare activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity
·         Ensure the community participation the project activities
·         Form / re-organize Community Based organizations (CBOs) male/female Conduct Village mapping/profiling through different PRA tools (i.e. is BBCMs, Mapping/profile, conflict resolution wealth ranking etc.
·         Mobilize community and orient project and organizations mandate
·         Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation.
·         Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security, Livelihoods and WASH related interventions at community level.
·         Write regular weekly, monthly and other reports (as per suggestion and need)
·         Facilitation and support in conducting the awareness sessions
·         Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, organize and facilitate meetings.
·         Follow the Social Mobilization guidelines of SIF and implement it at community level.
·         Perform other duties as requested by the line supervisor

QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (QCO)
 
 Worked as quality control officer with VTT Global in different villages of Chitral related to out of reach children.
Supervised and conducted OOSC survey under the following objectives.
                                                                                    
·         For managing assignment areas for conducting OOSC survey interviews while adhering to strict ethical and confidentiality rules.
·         . Completed enumeration records per enumeration block, answering survey related questions, interviewing respondents, and completion of individual household records within the stipulated time period.
·         To assure data quality, random quality back-checks were performed to confirm that the correct data was obtained by the enumerators/field team.
·         Provided guidance to the enumerators in specifying the localities within the enumeration block, as per    defined procedures obtaining skipping interval and target households to be surveyed.
·         Provided guidance and trained enumerators to ensure data validation during the survey and cleaning of data to remove anomalies after the data collection.

Successfully met all project deadlines in a row, redesigned Designed and implemented a progress tracking system in the project of FAO, AQCESS, COVID-19 and WASH. Oversaw the FAO adaptation and Biodiversity Conservation activities in target areas and WASH activities in target areas of LSO from start to completion. Streamline project cycles by the implementation of core instructions and protocols.  Effectively managed the financial and human resources and assisted the community in the formation of conservation committees for the protection of natural resources and their rational utilization.
Key Accomplishments:
 
·         Project Cycle Management and Reporting.
·         Facilitate the development and implementation of project cycle management.
·         Liaise regularly with Area Coordinators, Program Manager and technical staff to ensure solid knowledge and follow up on project implementation and the production of quality reports across areas and across Donors.
·         Follow up the implementation of the Project Management framework (PMF, ACTED PCM Tool) for assigned projects.
·         Completed successfully the COVID-19 emergency Response project, during the COVID-19 pandemic from May to July 2020, along with routine project activities of WASH. Comprising Training of 700 females on Soap and Sanitizer Making, Installation of Foot Paddle Operated Handwashing Stations, Training of Head Teachers on Covid-19 SOPs, Disinfection of Market Places & Schools, Mass Awareness Campaign on Covid-19, Construction of Incinerator, Handwashing facilities & WASH schemes in health facilities.
·          Support local Partner to implement project within project timeframe.
·         Lead the department, managed a number of staff, assigned tasks and carried out result-based activities. 
·         Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans for the effective execution of project activities related to WASH, infrastructure, CBDRM and livelihood approaches to disaster resilience.
·         Manage and mobilize the available resources within the available time limit for maximum results by allocating and distributing them properly across the project activities in line with the project document.

Efficiently implemented community mobilization process, bridged the community with relevant stakeholders for the sustainability of project.  Planned effectively for institutional management, team building, conflict resolution, monitoring evaluation of field activities, Assisted the top management by writing professional reports/papers and developing funding proposals. Launched a number of Advocacy and media campaigns in line with project strategy. Ensured the timely completion of infrastructure project and build the consensus of community on most beneficial projects.

·         Organize and mobilize external resources such as skills, material and cash contributions from communities and other stakeholders to best achieve the project objectives.
