Major Responsibilities
· Prepare activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity
· Ensure the community participation the project activities
· Form / re-organize Community Based organizations (CBOs) male/female Conduct Village mapping/profiling through different PRA tools (i.e. is BBCMs, Mapping/profile, conflict resolution wealth ranking etc.
· Mobilize community and orient project and organizations mandate
· Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation.
· Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security, Livelihoods and WASH related interventions at community level.

QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (QCO)
Worked as quality control officer with VTT Global in different villages of Chitral related to out of reach children.
Supervised and conducted OOSC survey under the following objectives.
· For managing assignment areas for conducting OOSC survey interviews while adhering to strict ethical and confidentiality rules.
· . Completed enumeration records per enumeration block, answering survey related questions, interviewing respondents, and completion of individual household records within the stipulated time period.
· To assure data quality, random quality back-checks were performed to confirm that the correct data was obtained by the enumerators/field team.
· Provided guidance to the enumerators in specifying the localities within the enumeration block, as per defined procedures obtaining skipping interval and target households to be surveyed.
· Provided guidance and trained enumerators to ensure data validation during the survey and cleaning of data to remove anomalies after the data collection.
Successfully met all project deadlines in a row, redesigned Designed and implemented a progress tracking system in the project of FAO, AQCESS, COVID-19 and WASH. Oversaw the FAO adaptation and Biodiversity Conservation activities in target areas and WASH activities in target areas of LSO from start to completion. Streamline project cycles by the implementation of core instructions and protocols.
