Establishes  performance  metrics  for  measurement,  comparison,  or  evaluation  of  factors  aecting the  supply  chain.
Develops  and  maintains  detailed  inventories  of  materials  and  supplies  located  in  the  company,  at sites,  and  in  the  factory.
Maintains  required  quantity  of  supplies  and  materials  to  optimize  production.
Analyzes  current  inventories  and  procedures  suggests  improvements  to  increase  eciency  of supply  chain  and  protability  for  the  company.
Develops  policies  to  increase  eciency  throughout  the  supply  chain  while  ensuring  quality  and safety  implements  subsequent  changes  to  processes.
Assesses  the  need  for  material-handling  equipment  and  stang  makes  recommendations  to ensure  ecient loading,  unloading,  movement,  and  storage  of  materials.

Responsible  for  coordinating  Production,  Purchasing,  Financial  Forcasting  Serces  or  activties  to limit  cost  and  improve  accuracy,  Customer  Serce  and  Safety.
Inventory  Recing,  Issuance,  Stacking,  Labeling,  Dispensing,  Arrange  Daily  Dusting  schedule. Implement  5S  Japanese  Methodology  (Sort,  Set  in  order,  Shine,  Standardize,  Sustain)  and  update the  stock  accordingly.
Manage Inventory  through  ERP  (Enterprises  Resources  Planning)  System  and  take  measure  able adjustments.
Used  BIZBURG Soware for Inventory Flow,  Working  on  GRN (Good Receing Note) to manage the warehouse  inventory.
Working  MRP (Material  Requirement  Planning)  and  update  relevant  departments  on  time. Arrange  monthly  Stock  Count,  Arrange  yearly  Internal  and  External  Aduit  and  upgrade  the Inventory.
Sort  the  inventory  according  to  the  material  nature  (Hazardous,  Flammable,Toxic,etc),  created proper  check  and  balance  on  MSDS (Material  Safety  Data  Sheet).
Make sure  all  dispensed  batch  card  are  check  by  QA  (Qulaity  Assurance)  Engineer  and  properly tagged  each  of  dispensed  material.
Maintain  three  pillars  or  fundamental  of  great  Supply  Chain  Management  (Strategy,  Service,  Cost).
