I have served in a research organization for 36 + years in various positions and
retired on 02-03-2023. I have been assigned various tasks of diverse nature by
higher authorities depending on my expertise as Analytical Chemist, Manager
Process Control Labs, and Director Quality Control.

I am a Versatile management professional having combined experience of managing highly complex projects with aggressive timelines, managing multidisciplines, high performance teams and providing technical expertise. I have performed well under pressure, a productive, positive leader sharing in team successes.

With high technical skills and leadership qualities I have completed various projects with performing excellent contribution in procurement, audit, quality control, quality assurance, safety, recruitment, operations, logistics and production management in the nuclear production industry.

Vast experiences in quality assurance for producing product including the design, development, production up to delivery. The goal is achieved by ensuring that all processes are well-defined, documented, and followed. Ensured product in all steps of manufacturing process by using different analytical techniques.
