Shift Engineer
Position: Shift Engineer (Sulfonation Plant, Surfactant plant & Formic Acid and Sodium Sulphate)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the plant controlling through PLC (interlocking, feedback control on HMI) systems during shifts according to process parameters and procedures.
• Preparation of reports and material balance calculations.
• To keep plant in operation under corrective measure, avoid production losses and take management in loop if require.
• To enhance production after coordination with management under equipment’s life and ability for smooth operation.
• Ensure all operations related documentations are updated timely while maintaining quality.
• Maintain supporting utilities, manpower and quality of product with maximum thru put.
• Ensure implementation of equipment’s SOP’S.
• To carry out corrective and preventive maintenances.
• To ensure implementation of health and safety procedures.
