Responsibly Managed customer Portfolio of Pakistan Tobacco Company (BAT), Nestle, Phillip Morris International, Unilever Foods, Tapal, Colgate, Lipton Pakistan Limited, Treet Corporation, Stanley Pharmaceuticals and Reckitt Benckiser as AM Customer services BUFC to ensure processing of Customer orders as per service level agreement. My responsibilities included but not limited to following.• To manage, arrange and ensure the availability raw material and its processing against customer orders till dispatch to customer end. • To ensure the customer/sales agreed OTIF and service Levels.• To maintain Vendor managed Inventory of Pakistan Tobacco Company.• To maintain Customer wise agreed lead time on monthly basis including transfer and actual lead time.• To reduce halting charges.• To develop Customers Relations and Market Intelligence.• Interdepartmental liaison for Raw materials, orders and complaints.• Ensure committed sales volume and align logistical support for timely dispatch of customer Orders.
