K-Electric work of Energizing of 21 acre society. Distribution of High Transmission and Low Transmission Cables across 1 Km main road 19 Streets. Installation of 4 PMT’s.
• Construction of 2 Sub-Stations.
SSGC work. Laying and Distribution of Main line as well as house connection across 326
bungalows.
Construction and Maintenance of 120 (153 nos) and 200 sq.yard bungalows (24 nos). Supervision
of Structural, Finishing and MEP work.
Road and Infrastructure work. Water Distribution, Sewerage System (consisting of RCC pipes and
154 PCC manholes).
• Surveying of existing ground for roadwork and utilities
• Material Procurement and Inspection.
• FDT test on sub base and base.
Documentation work
• Progress reports of all work executed by contractors.
• IPC reports.
SIKA water-proofing: Drilling, filling the holes with injecto-cream and applying (107-coating)
