Recruitment and Selection
· Develop job ads according to the requirements provided by respective HODs.
· Float ads on Rozee.pk, LinkedIn and Facebook to generate suitable pool of candidates.
· Head hunt on Rozee.pk and LinkedIn.
· Initial Screening and Shortlisting of applications.
· Telephonic screening of candidate as per the requirements.
· Resume submission and feedback gathering from respective interviewer.
· Interview Scheduling (Call to shortlisted candidates, interview schedule email to candidate, invite to the interviewers).
· Coordinate and attend interviews with technical interviewers.
· Managing Daily/Monthly Excel sheets of Interviews.
· Maintaining Interview files.
· Maintain CV Bank for future reference.
Orientation and Onboarding of new employees
· Conduct employee Orientation.
· Get all required documents signed by the new employee on joining.
· Coordinate with IT department for employee assets.
· Maintain employee files and documents.
HR Operations
· Employee daily attendance and employee’s leaves record.
· Handle medical related issues, both OPD and IPD.
· Take care of attendance related issues and resolving them on priority basis.
· Manage bank accounts opening of new employees.
· Coordinating with Finance Department to disburse final settlement of the employee.
