Problem solving at vendor end if any issue arises during part development.
Correspondance with Suzki Japan regarding the part approval & fulfil the requirements for sending initial samples/data of localized parts to SMC.
Consumption of Pilot/Trial lots to verify the functions of localized to avoid any ambiguity in regular production.
Co-ordinate with MHD and SCD regarding regular production.
Arrangements to control better quality at Vendor end. (Process Verification, control charts ,etc.)
CAD CAM ENGINEER
-Develop CAD Models of assigned Mechanical Components.
-Generate 2D Drawings.and Operations Instruction for Manufacturing.
-Assist Quality Department for Final inspection.
