Site Engineer Electrical
Responsibility Includes:
• Managing the personnel and equipment available to carry out the work and in particular coordinate the pertinent logistic activities
• Contribute for achieving the quality objectives which are applicable to the area of work and understand the organizational quality policy
• To contribute for the effectiveness of quality management system
• To identify the risks and opportunities of improvement in the area of work and report to relevant
• Preparation of red mark-ups for any on site changes on IFC drawings for As-Built drawing preparation
• Ensure performance of the part of the work according to the established construction/installation procedures and in house standard criteria
• Participate in solving start-up operating problems
Following installations were executed:
• Installation of control panels( AC/DC , protection, LCC panels, lighting panels, power panels)
• Erection and installation of switchgear (13.8KV) panels
• Erection and installation of ABB Gas insulated substation (GIS 115 KV)
• Erection and installation of ABB power transformers (50/67MVA, 115/13.8KV)
• Installation of ALFANAR station service transformers ( 500KVA, 13.8Kv/400V-230V)
• Installation of surge arrestors ( 108 KV) across power transformers
• Erection and Installation of capacitor banks (7Mvar)
• Erection and installation of lighting Cum lightening masts (25m height)
• Installation of fire alarm and suppression systems ( NOVEC 1230)
• Installation of grounding bus bar (40x6 Sq.mm) for the whole substation

Project Engineer: Deployed at Multinational Group Linde Pakistan, Heading a 5.4 MW Power Plant Erection, Commissioning and Operation Synchronized with Local Utility which includes 3 units of 3516B HD, 2275 KVA) Nov 2012 to April 2016.
Responsibility includes:
• To ensure System Reliability
• To carry out planning of service jobs in co-ordination with Technical Manager.
• To carry out the supervision of service staff and Field Service activities.
• To deal with on site troubleshooting and investigations.
• Instruct Service Team to go through proper channel for troubleshooting methods to repair and diagnose machines failures and perform repair
• Maintain service record and repair work of all the Equipments.
• Forward and back synchronization using Intelli Mains comap controller
• Ensure repair work of generators according to the project requirement
• To seek continuous improvement in field processes and development of new repair methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely completion of project schedules.
• Routine Maintenance/Cleaning and Fuel Level Inspection of Rental Caterpillar Generators and notifying Service Coordinator for any special repairs required to equipment.
• Manage Service team for valve lash and fuel timing of Caterpillar Generators D3516 B HD
• Write complete, factual service reports for files and warranty purposes.
• To check and approve service, inspection reports and time sheets.
• Managing 20 Service Technician for different jobs and Projects.
• To assist Technical Manager in budgetary planning by identifications of equipment needs.
• Ensure Load Test of caterpillar Rental Equipment before next Deployment from Technician.
• Full Command on the Caterpillar Electronic Tool (ET) and Service Information System(SIS)
• Effectively implementing our customer service process and customer commitment.
• Customer Dealing up to their satisfaction.
• Managing Operators above 250 numbers
