• On taking over the duty charge, check all Control Room equipment i.e. telephones, hotlines, radios, CCTV system, PA system, Gas Detectors, Consoles, wind speed meter, Site siren system, Fire water system etc
• Check all operation’s supervisors, maintain logbook, use PA system during Fire Drills and real Emergencies
• Make reports by using Computer i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Check wind speed meter regularly and stop all crane activities by PA announcement if the wind speed is above the standard limit
• Handle all medical cases, Emergencies cases, inform hospital, call Ambulance, Incident commander, security, IMT and area supervisor
• Dispatch Fire crew if any Fire Alarm, Gas Alarm and guide them to the exact location, make Emergency work note, monitor locations via CCTV
• Operate CCTV regularly to ensure the safety of plant area
• Issue radios to the crew for duty, then at the end, collect and check all, if found any malfunctioning, immediately report to Fire and Rescue Supervisor and send to Fire and Gas Technician to rectify
• If any equipment not functioning properly, inform Supervisor, make report and send for maintenance
• Handle all calls i.e. emergency, medical case, query, information, assistance required
• Responsible to control whole plant with patience, skills and professionalism
• Use CMS Drager, if Benzene, Ammonia etc. observed around
• Attended TIER I, TIER II & TIER III emergencies
• Proficient in using SAP

• Responsible to control whole plant with patience, skills and professionalism
• Use CMS Drager and conduct PA Announcement in specific areas for evacuation if Ammonia/ Benzene Gas concentration arises
• Handle all calls including emergency, medical case, query, information, assistance required
• Issue radios to the crew for duty, then at the end, collect and check all, if found any malfunctioning, immediately report to Fire and Rescue Supervisor and send to Fire and Gas Technician to rectify
• If any equipment not functioning properly, inform Supervisor, make report and send for maintenance
• Conduct Emergency Site Siren weekly Test and prepare IMT on call weekly list
• Attended TIER I, TIER II & TIER III emergencies
