I am working as a Branchless banking Officer in Telenor micro Finance bank at easypaisa operations for the last five years. We are dealing with easypaisa customers all over the Pakistan through different Srs workcode , emails and Inbound/outbound calls.
I have five years experience in Telenor Pakistan as a Activation support officer. During that time i have been trained on a number of different applications and systems. We were providing backened support services to our customers in malaysia.
Basically both Telenor bank and Telenor Pakistan experience related to customer services.
I have 4 month experience in Canadian based call center Ahad Com. where we made outbound calls to our customers in Canada for Sales.
I worked at a construction company J & K Builders as a Assistant Accountant.
If i talked about my skills i have sound knowledge of MS office having good commancd on MS-Excel and word.
