my name is jamal i am working at habib bank limited in auto loan department as a sales support unit officer since December 2018.The JD of my job is basically i am working at head office so 18 regions work under head office so we are deal with original documents of cars like registration books and excise files of cars as per process of auto loan every region dispatch original documents of cars then we enter the data of vehicle we kept original registration book in our vault and we handover excise file to operation department they kept in their custody. and we delivered both excise and book to customers of karachi region then we dispatch books and excise file with NOC to other regions as per process.
