· Managing the electrical and mechanical team to deal with corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance in the following domains (Chemical Plants, Hydraulics, chillers, Welding M/cs, Industrial Robots, PLCs, HMI, Motors, Drivers, Inverters, CNC Machines).

· Developing advanced level automated new machinery by implementing the latest techniques of factory automation through PLC programming and HMI configuration and also R&D of existing machines improvement.
· Experienced in Plc Programming Mitsubishi, Haiwell, Siemens S7, Fatek.
· Market Surveys & procurement for choosing efficient and cost-effective raw materials for projects.
· Ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner by proper planning through Gantt Chart.
· Leading the kaizen (Continuous improvement) team to avoid accidents, save cost and increase production, in the tenure of 2021 our team submitted 40+ Kaizens and 25+ implemented successfully.
· Lead team-wide meetings, assign tasks and workloads to employees, and foster collaboration among teams and across departments.

I was there to prepare control units of different machines and worked on CNC Machines.
