Facilitate effective engagement, ensuring their active participation and ownership of the WASH System Strengthening Initiative global program, promoting sustainability beyond the project life.
Serve as the key contact for media engagement across electronic, print, and social media platforms. Ensure the timely and comprehensive dissemination of project information. Develop and implement a training and communication strategy, refining it as needed for different project components.
Take the lead in developing communication tools and content and overseeing the design and production of materials related to the project and relevant publications. Coordinate the creation of advocacy materials, such as policy briefs, documentaries, surveys, and assessments based on data generated through project interventions.
Coordinate with the donor communication unit to ensure compliance with visibility, communication, and branding guidelines throughout all program interventions. Support the quality assurance unit in preparing case studies, Human Interest Stories, and success stories for sharing with donors and other stakeholders. Additionally, I organize and document various events, including seminars, workshops, webinars, conferences, learning events, and press conferences.

Developed field monitoring tools following a thorough review of project documents, assumed leadership in conducting socio-economic baseline surveys, and established baselines against predefined indicators.
Collect and consolidate quarterly planning and progress data from the project team and share comprehensive monthly reports with project management. My hands-on approach included conducting quarterly field monitoring visits to project sites, resulting in meticulously prepared quarterly monitoring reports.
