• Check & manage leaves & other benefits records
• Maintain physical Health & safety
• Maintain EOBI , SESSI payment sheet on monthly
• Maintain Full & Final Settlement as per legal laws & factory policy
• Conduct Trainings off PPE, waste management/security guidance to Security Guards, social and safe working environment.
Good command on Factory & Contractual Payroll
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
