Planning of the Project:

1- Preparatory meeting with the Construction Manager to agree detailed program covering all aspects of the progression of the Project before construction on site begins.
2- Allocation of specified tasks to Site Engineer.

Project under construction:

1- Discussion and proper assessment of problems encountered by staff on site.
2- Ensuring that the method of work is up to date, efficient and in accordance with Company and Client’s safety policies.

Monitoring Performance:

1- Ensuring that all of the construction and installation shall be as per planning and within specified budget.
2- Investigation and accountability for any deviations from budget Man-hours.
3- Ensuring that the control and exporting procedures are operated correctly on all sites.

Organization on Site:

1- To ensure that construction organization is adequate and also every staff is fully aware about their role and responsibilities.
2- Maintaining good relationship with clients.
3- Reporting to Construction Manager, on all aspects of construction in a detail and at intervals determined by him.
4- Always ensuring compliance with the functional authority of the Construction Manager.
5- Giving advice to the Project Manager related to any desirable changes in the method of work or on work practice and control.
6- Ensuring that work practices and installation meet the required quality standards.
7- Completely familiarize with the plan of execution, planned hours, material ratios as per B.O.M.
8- Ensuring that transport, tools, plant and equipment are maintained in proper working order.
9- Ensuring that every work shall be executed within the scope of our contract.
10- Ensuring that all day works are signed on daily basis.
11- Ensuring that all supervisors and foreman are fully conversant with the program and ratios of the specified work.

Focused on site management including proper logistic management in coordination with procurement and quality control department for different projects.
Involved in the inspection of all activities at different ongoing projects.
Planning at site to meet the planned progress.
Ensured to comply with all quality standards during execution at site.
Prepared daily Progress reports (Progress, Target vs. actual)
Maintained health and safety standards to assure the basic protection of complete staff at site.
Assisted the site engineer in preparing the estimates for quantities and costs of civil works for different projects involved.

As a SITE ENGINEER:
1. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
2. Prepare activity reports, manpower and equipment utilization.
3. Coordination of subcontractors drawings, witness field and laboratory tests.
4. Prepare site sketches as required, coordinate with subcontractor regarding on site surveys, location and elevations, maintain and update quality records.
5. Implement safe system of works in accordance with approved safety procedures.
