Project: Telenor Rollout & Solar Project (Multan Region C-II)
• Coordinating and participating in all meeting with client related to Civil Works.
• Responsible for execution and verification of all civil works for contractors.
• Evaluation & Mobilization of contractors on sites.
• Coordination between warehouse and contractors for issuance of Civil Work Material.
• Monitoring status of all site related work on daily basis & reporting to HQ & Client.
• Making SMR Worksheet for all Civil Works Sites & get Approval from HQ for DO (Delivery Order).
• Monitor the progress of civil work and ensure timely completion.
• Making Civil Work PR for subcon according to Site requirement & pursue it for PO issuance.
• Verify Contactor’s invoices according to Site Work.
• Keeping track of delivery of equipment at site. .
• To Get Sites Acceptance Certificates (PAC & FAC) from client after completion of Civil Work.
• Follow up with Design & Local Purchase Department.
• Co-ordination with contractors & client to resolve Civil related issues in order to have timely execution of civil activities.

Project: Development of Infrastructure for Industrial State Phase II (Multan)
• Layout of Building, Water Supply Line & Roads according to Drawings & set site level with reference Bench Mark
• Calculate and arrange all the required material for construction work
• Inspection of site works according to redline drawing
• Assist to Project Manager in meetings with consultant and client
• To keep record of all site material used on site
• To make agreements after negotiation on rates & work with contractors
• To make all site activity & progress sheets on daily basis
• Control all Project Staff like Road Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Technician, Drivers etc.
• Verification of subcontractor invoices according to as built drawing
• To keep check on quality standards according to specifications and client requirements
• To prepare project schedule and make it sure that work is done according to given time lines
• Sites remedial according to site situation
• Scrutinize and verify labor contractor’s weekly payments

Project: MTN Rollout 2009 (Rwanda)

• Coordinating and participating in all activities related to GSM site construction stations.
• Responsible for execution and verification of all civil and TI works for contractors.
• Mobilization of contractors on new sites
• Responsible for resolution of all technical issues related to RF, Acquisition, civil works, TI implementation etc.
• Supervision of RF testing i.e. VSWR before putting the sites ON-AIR
• Coordination between warehouse and subcontractors for issuance of RF, MW and other related electrical / mechanical equipment.
• Coordination with site acquisition department for acquisition of sites as per 2009 given target of MTN Rwanda
• Supervision of major milestones during execution stage of a BTS site for quality control i.e. earthing, casting, tower erection, RF and MW installation and Testing etc.
• Carrying out acceptance for previous years left over sites of the contractors.
• Responsible for building completion of MTN Switch Centre in Kigali.
• Coordinating with MTN Operations for troubled sites and resolving their issues.
• Sites acceptance (PAC & FAC) according to MTN specification after completion of Roll-Out.

Co ordination
• Follow-up with vendors (internal or external) for timely delivery of equipment / services.
• Follow up with structural consultant.
• Co-ordination with vendors to resolve Civil related issues in order to have timely execution of civil activities.

Project: Warid Pakistan Phase 6.1 & 6.2 in Faisalabad Region

• To execute the build out activities with courtesy, adore and allegiance according to the design considering the specifications and standards at the level best.
• To supervise the Lay out of whole BTS Site, Pouring of Raft, Isolated footings, Pile Foundations, Monopole, Guy Mast, Columns and related civil works efficiently.
• Supervision of construction of BTS Room/Shelter as per drawing & specification.
• Supervision of multiple solutions like SS tower, Mast, Guy Masts, Railing etc.
• Edify Erection of tower and checking of electrical and telecommunication equipment for RFI
• Strict Follow up the Contractors for timely completion of Projects for maximum Benefits of company.
• Execution of Mobile BTS Site, Supervision of Working in PTCL Exchanges.
• Coordinate the Acceptance Test (AT) process for Infrastructure work.
• Responsible for Sharing sites for Ufone, Mobilink, Zong, & Telenor Pakistan.
• Monitoring status of all site related work on daily basis.
• Preparation of As Built Drawing after completion of site.
• Reporting to RCM (Regional Construction Manager) directly and over all responsible of site from TSS till FAT (Final acceptance)
• Coordination with electrical, DG set supervisor, tower rigger, civil works contractor and RAN Dept. and perform leading role to carry out all the activities well on time and according to the required standards
• Technical Site Surveys TSSR (Rooftops and Greenfield)
• Monitoring of PAC & FAC schedule and Visits.

Project: U-fone Pakistan Phase 5 & 6 in Multan Region

• Surveying the required cell locations and selecting the appropriate site suitable as per the requirement of TELECOM INDUSTRY.
• Draw annexure and maintain all records of visit and feasibility reports
• Managing all the activities related to the CIVIL, ELECTRICAL work to set up the telecom network as per specification from TSS to Final Acceptance.
• Preparation of layout drawings for foundations TOWER, SHELTER and DG SET.
• Execution and monitoring of the foundations for the Towers, Shelters, DG set.
• Erections of the Towers with accessoreies required for the BTS system and get the site functional for networking.
• All Electrical and BTS equipments erection and commissioning for e.g. D.G. Set, Battery bank, A.C. etc.
• Supervision of all construction work of Multistory Main Switch Centre (MSC) in Multan.
• Checking of Steel fixing, Shuttering Work and Concreting
• Preparation of As Built Drawings.
• Interacting with contractors and vendors for various activities invovled and preparing a target for them.
• Documentation work for the bill as per executed work on site and forwarding them for approval.
• Checking of Contactor’s invoices according to Site Work.
• Verification of Extra Work Invoices.

Project: Paktel Pakistan Phase 3 & 4 in Faisalabad Region

• Monitoring status of all site related work on daily basis.
• Keeping track of delivery of equipment at site.
• Site visit to monitor progress, expedite work and resolve site related issues and ensure early commissioning.
• Tracking progress and performance of subcontractors and informing them about the slippages.
• Surveying the required cell locations and selecting the appropriate site suitable as per the requirement of TELECOM INDUSTRY.
• Preparation of layout drawings for foundations i.e. for TOWER, SHELTER and DG SET.
• Erection of the Towers with accessoreies required for the BTS system and gets the site functional for networking.
• Planning of the runway and riser routes into the equipment room and other turnkey requirements of the Telecom Network.
• Interacting with contractors and vendors for various activities involved and preparing a target for them.
• Supervision of Outdoor Installations for antennas and LDF cables and all other Outdoor work.
• Sites acceptance (PAC & FAC) according to Paktel specification after completion of Roll-Out.

Project: Warid Pakistan Phase 1 & 2 in Multan Region

• Joint visits with planning and system departments and suitable selection of sites for towers with structure stability..
• To complete the work with in the specified time and maintain the quality of the same time.
• Auditing of in-progress and completed works
• Raising and processing of defects
• Co-ordinate and process additional works
• Monitoring of cost variances to original order
• Monitoring the installation of BTS racks,
• ATS pole, ACDB pole and Cable ladder, positioning, leveling and Grounding.
• To enforce all Health and Safety requirements
• Maintaining and improving productivity without compromising safety and quality requirements.
• Supervision of direct teams and subcontractors
• Liaison between client and contractors
• Co-ordination of all external and internal works
• Auditing of completed work.
• In addition also perform duty as regional incharge of O&M of Electrical, Aircon. & Generator works for BTS sites after On-Air.
• Co-ordination with NOC about site alarms & rectify them within timeline.
