Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of renewal notices along with rating sheet, presentation, list of insured, loss ratio and renewal letters to be forwarded to concerned branch/agent in hard and soft copy in 2 working days.
- To work on revised proposal after receiving complete information from client within 2 working days.
- Responsible for complete analysis of renewals (Loss ratio, data census, comparison of benefit, comparison of premium, comparison of census), 30 days before expiry.
- Responsible for issuance of hold cover letter / extension letter, preparation of RBIF/NBIF, specifying the terms and conditions to be forwarded to the concerned person after receiving confirmation and complete information from client within a working day.
- Perform any other task as & when assigned by the supervisor within timeline.
