Project Officer – Program Monitoring, Citizens’ First Project, Oxfam Novib, Islamabad (11th July, 2014 to 30th December, 2016).
Key Responsibilities
• Close coordination with implementing partners organizations and off and on the Hague office.
• In coordination with IPs’ prepared work plan and carried out field monitoring visits.
• Prepared monitoring reports, submitted to line manager and follow up with IPs’.
• Jointly reviewed LFA, MEL framework, MEL plan and developed M&E tools with the participation of CF team and IPs’.
• Ensured the MEAL system at IPs’ and Oxfam level according to Oxfam MEAL principals and accountability mechanisms and system for feedback from concerned stakeholders.
• Provided and facilitated IPs’ monitoring staff regarding monitored the progress of the results/outcomes by using different tools.
• Provided technical guidance to IPs’ regarding strengthens the MEAL system and established their system of data collection, analysis, management and documentation.
• Jointly reviewed IPs’ quarterly quantitative, bi-annual and annual reports and ensured the quality reports.

• Coordinated with donor and concerned partners organizations in a consortium regarding preparing of EFSVL strategy.
• Prepared project LFA, MEL framework, MEL plan and work plan based on proposal.
• Prepared set of ToRs and advertisements for related services regarding project as mentioned in project proposal.
• Adhered the values e.g. openness, transparency, and ensured the quality and timeliness of milestones that were the standard of performance.
• Facilitated the consultant in desk and technical reviews, and ensure the reliability and application of EFSL strategy in disaster prone areas of Pakistan.

• Responsible for the monitoring and Evaluation of all projects and track progress towards achieving the project objectives.

• Prepared monitoring plan carried out monitoring visits and submitted monitoring reports.

• Documented experiences and challenges, best practices and lesson learnt and proposed/suggested mitigating or improvement interventions.

• Conducted rapid need assessment, planning and designing, reviewed project proposals and regular monitoring of project activities in super flood 2010 and monsoon rains 2011, Pakistan with the engagement of humanitarian partners’ organizations.
