Working as a media manager for GM Corporation, I have had to communicate with clients over various social media platforms, answer their queries and convey their responses to company owner to increase in sales and build better customer relationships for the company. This also involved engaging with clients physically at the point of sale.
When I worked at Veevotech as a Product Specialist and QA Engineer, I had to form a communication bridge between the Development and Customer Support team to enhance current software technologies of the company.
