Preparation of Order Confirmation & Packing list after receiving Sales Orders.
Preparation of Stock withdrawal as per order.
Dispatching TR of Promotional Samples Challan to Field Force.
Preparation of Tenders; Government, Semi Government, Private Sector.
Monitoring National distributors stock dispatch position, Institutional distributors stock dispatch position and Institutions stock dispatch position.
Preparation of Zone-wise monthly and quarterly cumulative reports and dispatch to MSPs.
Preparation of Quarterly Commission statement.
Preparation of Monthly Sales and Stock position reports for material and finished goods planning.
Handling day to day sales activities and ensuring that proper planning system is maintained & other assignments as assigned by Business Unit Manager.
