Chiller Automation at Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan.

1. Project scope was to operate Chiller, both on Manual and Auto condition.
2. Designed a system to operate three 11KW Cooling Tower Fans and two 30KW
Chilled Water Pumps on Auto and Manual condition.
3. Cooling Tower Fan’s speed will vary with respect to temperature set point.
4. With respect to temperature, PLC will send a reference speed to VFD to vary
the speed of a cooling tower fans.
5. Used Mitsubishi FX PLC series in chiller automation project.
6. Design ladder logic for sensing temperature, modbus communication, Auto
and Manual operation.
7. Design HMI for monitoring and controlling purpose.

1. Designing DAS system, to monitor and control the curing presses at The
General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan Limited.

3. Controlled site engineering activities to maintain work standards and meet
quality assurance targets.
4. Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with
drawings and specifications.
