I am responsible for anything doing on site regarding quantity, quality, progress , timeline, bugdet.
Arrange and attend meeting with client, our staff, and with contractor team on site.
Send daily progress report to our senior staff also write and share the monthly progress report to the senior authority.
Write a letter to client concerning any issue on site.
Verifying the contractors bills on site.
Reveiwing the test reports on site.
Take Drawing variations as per site.
Make the BOQ and measuring sheets for the project.

I have Cover the following milestones in the project W4L at tehsil Banda daud shah Karak.
I have visited almost 62 villages in the tehsil Banda duad shah within 2 months while highliting the priblem of water.
Arrange meeting with the Community focal persons asking about the problems regarding water and provide solutions for the same on flip chart.
Arrange meetings at village council, Union council,tehsil council level inviting the stakeholder, Community representative while discussing the problems notified during visits to the villages and also calculating the cost for the project feasible to eliminate or minimize the problem confronting by the Community.

To manage the manpower and materials for the assigning task that excavation, shuttering, concreting etc.
To store the materials in field at a point from where the excess made easily and quickly so that more work is done in a limited time.
Send materials for a field tests.
Arrange meeting with a consultant firm for the day next task.
