Responsibilities
Working on validation project of school education program on enrolment of out of school children and
Retention issue Funded by British Council especially in rural UCs of District Layyah
Validation of enrolled children and retention of previous enrolled children
Conduct survey for verification of household data of enrolled children
Supervision/Monitoring of survey teams in field activities and data uploading according to the SOP and
Demand of project
Evaluate the data and timely reporting to the donor and Head office team

1-Alif Ailaan is a campaign that seeks to put education at the front and center of public discourse in Pakistan


2-Recruited volunteers as per the goals set by the campaign through phone, email, and in-person outreach through meetings and local events.


3-Training and Mentoring: Identified opportunities for activists’
capacity building and coordinate the provision of training, mentoring and other assistance required.


4-Team Building: Manages conflicts between the activists/volunteers and ensuring their adherence to the policies of the campaign.

5-Equipped local activists with the communications assets to conduct activities that resonate in line with Alif Ailaan objectives, themes and messages through Social Media Engagement:

6-Established and oversee Alif Ailaan’s local online presence including developing the Facebook and Twitter accounts for local chapters.

7-Public Awareness: Developed and implemented local advocacy campaigns around Alif Ailaan’s main education themes, including production and dissemination of public education materials, media outreach and coordination and organizing public outreach events

8-Data Analysis: Collated and provided data/information of activities for monthly and weekly reporting/updates, managing a calendar of on the ground activities.

9-Reopening Schools: Action was taken because of my campaign and 18 three schools (12 Girls and 6 Boys) were reopened which were closed since last 10+ years

10-Conduct training of district education authority officials

11-Conduct different activities and demonstrations of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math subjects in Govt. Secondary Schools in Punjab.(Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, Lodhran, Layyah,Rajan Pur,Bahawalpur,DG Khan)

12-Master Trainer and conduct different trainings of volunteers/School teachers of non-formal schools in
Layyah and Multan region as well.

13-Work as education data analyst to ensure the quality of education and important of better learning

As CBDRM Coordinator
Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the
Project Manager CBDRM
Identification and selection of the targeted villages in each UC as per set criteria being given by the PM
Initial contact with the target communities for the introduction of the Project and informing the
Communities of the social organization strategy of the Project
Establish Village Disaster Management Committees (VDMC) in the targeted villages as per Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP) and Facilitate the community in the nomination of the DMC & ERT
Members for any training
Establish UC level Disaster Management Committees (DMCs) as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
And trained DMC members on Preparedness, Mitigation, Early Warning system and Hazard, Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (HVCA) sessions with local community and DMC members
Establish Emergency Response Teams (ERT) as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Trained ERT
Members on First Aid, Search and Rescue and Relief Assistance
Establish School Disaster Management Committees (SDMCs) as per Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) and Trained teachers on school level Disaster Management and Evacuation Plan
Ensure DRM plans of each UC & display them at central point of UC
Arrange distribution of emergency contingency stock as per guidelines
Maintenance of the record of the DMCs, ERTs, Awareness and Mobilization session\'s and other Activities
Door to door assessment and identification of the beneficiaries for each component of the project
Finalization of the beneficiaries through active involvement of the DMC members
Regular field visits and conduct the community meetings frequently
Perform community mobilization activities on CBDRM, Awareness and Gender Mainstreaming

Job Description as Event & Food Management Manager
Arrange the official meetings and provide the fresh and /hygiene food.

Job Description
