⚫ Implement approved sales service plan to achieve growth objectives and ensure minimum benchmark of all products and services are maintained throughout the year.
⚫ Proactively manage collection to ensure timely repayment of Loan, overdue.
⚫ Conduct loan booking inn strict compliance with KMBL policies procedure and ethics standard.
⚫ Ensure continuously review of product and service related Knowledge and recommend areas of improvement.
⚫ Meet internal service standard and ensure no service related Complaints are received from customer.
⚫ Selling micro health insurance policies to KMBL client with highest service standard.
⚫ Besides group lending loan is also sanctioned on gold, Agri Pass Book, Hypothecation, mortgage, lien marketing of Accounts, TDR etc. Other Service: Selling other service for example western union, Sehat Khusshhal Family. As a Business development officer I deal more than 700 Active clients.
