Sustainability Dashboard & GHG accounting with 9 more targets to achieve the Sustainability Challenge 2022 set by the company. These targets were aligned with SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative) and successfully achieved/improved. Data Auditing of different verticals of US Group.
• Assist in Third Party Audits of ETPs with the implementation of EHS guidelines. Ensuring the proper operation of the plant and implementing on preventive maintenance plans.
• Working on Miyawaki Forest, plantation drive across Lahore & US group to reduce our sites GHG emissions to step forward to Net Zero targets.
• Installation of Water Recycling & Effluent Treatment Plants at US group facilities. Worked on UF, MBR, STP & RO techniques. With detailed work on techno-commercial quotations of different local & international vendors, worked on 10 years working of OPEX (power, chemical & major replacements) of recycling plants.
• Rain Water Harvesting Pits/ Rain Water Storage tanks to utilize the rainwater in the factory premises. With this project, my team was able to recharge approx. 4000 m3 rainwater annually, reduced carbon footprints by reducing approx. 1000 kg of GHG.
• Implement a Water Control & Management technique at the US group all sBU\' s by tracing the water from extraction to end users and gathering the relevant data and analyzing the data for further conservation of water in that specific area of usage.
• Implemented Circularity in all departments to sustain the instruments, products, things and waste generated. Training of different departments on Circularity & Sustainability and EHS.
