Thorough analysis and research of the legal, political, social and economic situation in the country as relates to access to justice, and preparation of substantive inputs to Programme Document, Resource Mobilization Strategies, and other documents in support of the reform;
Organization, preparation, collation and consolidation of annual work plans and budget administration for activities;
Review workplans, activity reports, implement programme activities according to the technical, financial and administrative procedures prescribed in the programme document or by the Joint Steering Committee (JSC);
Serve as secretary to PMU meetings, follow up on communication with all RPs, partners, DPs;
Analysis and synthesis of proposals, draft terms of reference on the areas for support and interventions relative to the legal and justice reform other practice area specialization assigned;
To develop, assimilate and analyses project progress reports in coordination with MEL, Media and Communications, Finance department and the Programme Manager.
To use programme information from varied and diverse sources to provide in-depth analysis and appropriate recommendations related to Governance and Economic Justice programming, advocacy, policy, Partner accountability and Partnerships.
Ensure the engagement of project key stakeholders including community, Women Development Department, police, local government and other justice providers, policy makers and parliamentarians
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Making sure that your team has the tools they need to execute the project.
Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.
Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
Advise assistance program development teams and Senior Management in designing and planning.
Coordinate the creation and review of the Program, Design and Learning budget to provide adequate financial resources for evaluations.
Provide input into the design, implementation and dissemination of evaluations.
Coordinate the creation of organization’s Performance Monitoring Plan including assessing the validity of the information and indicators that contribute to that plan.
Facilitate the M&E Teams to select data collection methods for adequate monitoring and evaluation of implementing partners' performance and of the program as a whole (these methods may include field visits, quarterly reports, specialized surveys and other sources of information like Government of Pakistan statistics). Assist the M&E Teams in reviewing these methods and making improvements to their monitoring and evaluation.
Coordinate the regular review of progress towards achieving Development Objectives by Senior Management through program reviews, portfolio reviews or other processes.
Seek ways to streamline the process and increase efficiency in gathering and using performance information.
Coordinate the process for updating policy and procedure documents in the areas of monitoring and evaluation to align with the polices and requirements. Seek ways to increase transparency of Save the Children system of reviewing results and use of performance information.
Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of activities; this may involve reviewing work plans, quarterly reports, participating in field visits, initiating regular portfolio reviews and contributing to program evaluations.
Develop and implement various standard monitoring protocols (including questionnaires and survey designs) for different programs, research studies, and third-party assignments.
