Deals from all client and resolve major issues related from Custom Clearance / Port / Shipping Line.

 Collects the information about Vessel, IGM#, Freight etc, on daily basis.
 Monitors the completed documents received from consignee.
 Monitors the complete documents from shipping line.
 Handling thoroughly custom documents.
 Mark the related cases on each file by feeding the data in the computer
based program.
 Resolve queries as arisen time to time.
 Furnish customers accurate and update info., about their consignment
movement.
 Checking of file that all related expense invoices receives, such as Wharfage,
Excise etc.
