FSRE: This role will take the responsibility for transforming the current organizations into the DuPont standard model for the country as well as assuming the operational responsibility, thereafter, servicing all divisions. Drive superior performance for all Real Estate Facility & Security Services and ensure that standards are aligned with the overall DuPont framework and properly applied. It also ensures good functional expertise and collaborates with the network. Establish a well performing operation that meets agreed service levels, and drives operational excellence against defined benchmarks in line. Build and develop talent and drive a continuous improvement mindset in the country. Accountable for the statutory responsibilities and signing authority for Pakistan and represent DuPont as the senior country owner and local operational leader.Security: The purpose of this position is to ensure that an associate is designated and takes responsibility for the protection of people and property. The position will receive training and direction from the DuPont Security Center of Excellence (CoE). The Security Leader will become the security subject matter expert (SME). Security Leader\'s primary responsibility will be to identify site-specific security risks; threats; and potential emergency situations and put in place reasonable solutions to mitigate the same. The role will be reflected in the associate’s annual performance plan. It also involves travel security as well as inbound passengers.

- Responsible for all P&L throughout the facilities management budget for over 2 Million USD
- Lead compliance with all H&SE technical related statutory, BMS and relevant client policies generating a true health and safety culture
- Lead Car Fleet Management for multiple client sites
- Directly lead the resources in the consistent delivery of FM services clubbed with BSS and BHS
- Team Management delivering the FM services
- Lead Site Security
- Drive implementation of best practices across contracts by establishing performance metrics that promote excellence and best practices
- Worked with procurement teams to support the strategy of our bids, ensuring a balance of maximizing profit whilst minimizing risk
- To manage excellent relationships with clients, our suppliers and other partners

Manage spending in your areas of responsibility within budget and identify savings opportunities in our own and other areas.

Support the client for the key areas enabling the smooth run of FM
Ensure your aspects of the working environment meet all requisite OH&S Standards.
Assist the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of meetings&/or events at the site.
Assist with Business Unit relocation or ‘adhoc’ projects.
Assist with critical out-of-hours issues
Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
Provide backup support for the Facilities Manager in times of absence.
Clearly document & communicate all client expectations to the balance of the FM team
