This position managed the entire Facility & Security role for the country, as well as established operational responsibility for servicing all divisions within the DuPont Pakistan. Driven outstanding performance for all Real Estate Facility & Security Services, ensuring that standards are matched with the overarching DuPont framework and applied correctly. Accountable for statutory responsibilities and signing authority in Pakistan, as well as representing DuPont as the senior country representative and local operational leader. Through the Security Leader position managed site-specific security risks; threats; and potential emergency situations and established an adequate solutions to mitigate the same. The role reflected in the associate’s annual performance plan. It also involves travel security as well as inbound passengers.Additional Role:Supervisor Customs Trade & ComplianceDirected the complete process of import operations followed by timely goods clearance to capture market share for the predetermined commodities and services for the continuous growth of the DuPont. It involves end to end import and export operations with the coordination with regional/global CSRs.

- Lead compliance with all H&SE technical related statutory, BMS and relevant client policies generating a true health and safety culture

- Directly lead the resources in the consistent delivery of FM services clubbed with BSS and BHS
- Team Management delivering the FM services
