o Construction of 2 Kanal Houses at DHA Lahore.
o Strengthening and expansion of Vita Bread Building Rawalpindi (50K sft Area)
Key Responsibilities
My responsibilities are as following
• Attending meeting with clients and consultant in favour of resolving technical or basic issues and to discuss the project related queries to precede construction work according to daily plan.
• Having a good communication with all staff members and workers at the site as well as from office and lead them all in a professional manner
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Daily Update of works to high management.
• Estimation of quantities for relevant site works.
• Continuously keep in touch with site supervisors and foremen relating to site works ad progress.
• Updating client at daily basis regarding site issues and works.

Key Achievements
• Completion of project in time by expertise skills and plans at regular basis.
• Doubled the labour productivity.

Site/Project Engineer: 3 km long water drainage structure at Mabella,Muscat , Road Structures (Bridges, Under Passes and Culverts of various sizes for Sur-Bid bid Dualization Road) , 40 cell box culvert and 3 under- passes for internal development Industrial area Amerat, includes my responsibilities for preparing daily site reports, preparing man-power histogram for site progress, Billing for the project by execution of quantities , estimation of quantities, monthly preparing IPC, daily reports to client and senior management, daily site work plan and forecasting of project while doing job at White Pearl International LLC Oman

Project Co-ordinator: 7 no’s of high rise building (G+3) for the constructionof port of Duqm IP-4 , Road infrastructure development projects including box culverts, water drainage structure, utilities ducts of various sizes, construction of operational stations buildings , construction of pipe line foundations for Port of Duqm at IP-2 & IP-3 & IP-1 Project, which includes my responsibilities for solving technical issues at the sites, meeting with the clients and consultant relating construction works at site and sort out issues
relating work progress and civil works for sites, dealing with sub-contractors, preparing man-power histogram for project, planning updates for the sites, Preparing daily Progress Report, communication with all staff members of the site, cost estimation, cost control by examining the work status related man-power and material, White Pearl International LLC Oman
Key Responsibilities
• Reporting to Project Manager and responsible for the following projects:
o Construction of 7 no’s of High Rise Buildings (G+3), operational station buildings, Utilities ducts, pipelines foundation ad water drainage structures, box culverts of various sizes & multiples cells for the construction of Duqm Port IP-4, IP-2, IP-3 & IP-1Facilities, Sultanate of Oman
o Construction of 40 no’s of Box Culverts of Various Sizes, 3 No’s of Bridges having span of 600 m, 750 and
900 for the construction of Sur- Bid Bid Dualization Road, Sultanate of Oman
M/s White Pearl is an approved contractor for the construction of 7 no’s of High Rise Building by SEZAD, Duqm. Also M/s White Pearl is approved Contractor by MOTC, Oman for the construction of Road Structures works in Oman. Also M/S SKAS is approved contractor for doing construction works in all over Pakistan from Pakistan Engineering Council.
My responsibilities are as following;
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

• Control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Preparing daily labour and site reports.
• Supervising the daily routine works at sites.
