Objectives & Target Settings and follow-ups for FMD Departments and Performance Monitoring against KPI\'s / Quality Indicators. HR staffing strategies, recruitment & team structure to fill slot of improvement. Execution of external audit services to maintain and improve the quality that Smoothen Operations, Environmental Health Control & Process Utilization. Preparing, Modifying & Implement Management Policies, Forms, Procedures and Plans. To assist HOD FMD and HR in monitoring of qualification of all management and technical staff and arrangement of Training Programs. Ensure compliance with all Quality Surveyors requirements against the implanted policies. Liaison with vendors and external services (Third party) for projects outsource services and external agencies for personnel benefits.Supervise & Monitor Supply Chain Process. To perform all Corporate Affairs, HRM and Administration Functions.

Clinical Coordinator Executive Physical Clinic

I am responsible for organizing and overseeing the administrative aspects of health services in Executive clinic. It also includes clinical academic medical programs with patient care environments by facilitating with professional and swiftness. Among daily duties, I also plan consultation budgets, staff personnel training, scheduling, managing par level supplies and inventory, and create and evaluate long-term programs and strategy for assigned department. I also ensure compliance with legal and hospital JCI Accreditation standards, oversee staff training and career development programs, evaluate effectiveness of patient care, and review staff performance.
