As Assistant Food Safety Officer its to ensure to follow the duties on Sindh Food Autority ACT 2016.
To Make Sure the availablity of good practice used to to prepare safe food in hygenic conditions.
To Provide SOPs of food handling and preparation of Bakery, Dairy, Restaurant, Etc.
To do inspections of the food handling and producing firms and to check & balance their performance.
To Make challan those firms who failure to comply the SOPs.
To do field survey at assign House Holds and check the availblity of basic needs/ facilities for house holds
To fill forms of house holds, men , children questionnaire forms.
To provide data to the supervisor.
• To do field visits at EPI Health Centers of Tando Allahyar Town on daily basis.
• To monitor field activities of vaccinators and EPI Health Centers functions regarding vaccinations.
• To check daily registers, defaulters lists, stock registers and other monitoring activities in EPI
• To ensure the digital registry of vaccinated children’s on ZM android application and their validation.
• To check the flow of vaccination takes place at Health centers and at outreach.
• To make sure the project works smoothly and accurately.

• To take the samples of Flour on different stages during the production
