Responsibilities
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system; setting up new users\' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades responding to breakdowns
Supervising junior engineering and technical staff

Responsibilities
Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed. Support users of CCTV system.
Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV
systems.
Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware

Responsibilities
Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.

Maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software and systems
Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
Monitoring network and systems to improve performance

Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; Replacing parts as required;
Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers;
