Site analysis to develop a project plan
Supervise the project for any possible issues and mistakes.
Keep eye on the project progress, compile reports on status and present them
them to the relevant authorities.
Assisted in resolving design related issues during the construction phase.
Preparation work schedule and forecast report.
Prepare construction project Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Determining project requirements, quotations.
Represent the specification unite and participate on committees related to
specification document development.
Creating 2D drawings and designs using AutoCAD.

Obey the work arrangement or Chinese management personnel.
Be familiar with the drawings and instruct the workers to follow the drawings.
Responsible for confirming the engineering survey, positioning, setting out
and elevation of each working face.
Responsible for the inspection of the work completed in the working area and reports to the Chinese management personnel after passing the inspection.
Please Chinese management personnel for inspection, after the Chinese
management personnel inspection qualified.
Unqualified work must be rectified immediately according to the requirements of
Chinese personnel.
Report any abnormal situation in the construction process to the Chinese
personnel immediately and assist the Chinese personnel to deal with it.
The daily construction log must be filled in which, include the number of onsite personnel, the number of machinery, the height of pile number and the
quantity of concrete pouring etc.
Take photos of quality problems on site and report them to the Chinese personnel in
the first time.
Confirm whether the personnel and equipment meet the requirements before the
concrete pouring process stand by during the pouring process to ensure the
construction quality during the pouring process.
