Dietetics is a field of arts. If you know how to deal individually with people's problem, you are the artist. You can't apply a generalized knowledge instead you have to work and deal on individual level.
I have worked at sir ganga ram hospital and dealt with a great number of individuals under the supervision of expertises. It was a great experience of 9 months.
I would like to work and apply my knowledge and experience.
