·         Provide technical support for computer hardware and software, including Windows OS, MS Office Suite, internet browsers, Oracle ERP, and Temenos Globus.
·         Prepare and maintain operational procedures and technical material for internal users.
·         Manage procurement of IT equipment and maintain inventory records.
·         Schedule and provide on-call helpdesk support during business hours.
·         Facilitate security reviews and ensure compliance with observations.
·         Coordinate labs and mock exercises at BCP sites.
·         Support workshops, lectures, and seminars at learning resource centers and other venues.
·         Provide IT support during Board/Committees/CMT’s meetings and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
·         Coordinate with internal divisions and stakeholders for project implementation.
·         Manage and maintain software library and backup servers.
·         Monitor SLAs and service outages, escalate issues to supervisors.
·         Use ticketing systems to manage and process support requests.
·         Install software updates to ensure security and data protection.
·         Conduct research and identify solutions to technical problems.

1. Assists branches/staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software as per approved guidelines.
2. Liaison with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems related to OS, warranty, and replacement.
3. Coordinate with Help Desk and Network Operations staff to determine and resolve problems received from branches regarding connectivity and Core banking application.
4. Coordinate with Networks and Service provider for installation of media and conversion of links and branch system according to availability of upgraded media.
5. Execution of Core banking migration project / Software rollout / LAN revamp and other projects under ITG in branches
6. Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment including Installation/re-installation of Linux Servers/Terminals for configuration of legacy and core banking application.
7. Trains and orients branch staff on use of hardware, banking applications and other software.
8. Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN Infrastructure like as DSL, WIMAX, DXX, and Fiber cables and earthling of ATMs.
9. Set-up of IT Infrastructure for new ATM sites and Provide technical support & guidance for ATM related technical issues in coordination with ADC / ATM support.
10. Visit branches under regional control for Preventive Maintenance of IT infrastructure and maintain/Update of all IT equipment’s in branches.
11. Coordinate with back offices for providing required information and MIS.
12. Coordinating with Internal and External Auditors for operation of IT centers
13. Support in half yearly/Yearly closing and involve in printing of Statement of Accounts for all branches pertaining to regional control.
14. Maintain IT security standards and enforce compliance.
15. Monitor health check of UPS by reading its panel and subsequently guide the BM/CSM and seek guidance from manager Infrastructure for necessary action.
