Understandings Electrical drawings

Main Duties Included
Monitoring, acknowledging and identifying Power Plant, Switchyard and spillway abnormalities through SCADA at Central Control Room.
Hand on Practical Experience to start Unit for Commercial Generation and stop the Units under emergency conditions.
Supervising and executing all operations relating to equipment in Power Plant, Switchyard and Spillway through SCADA system.
Responsible for all the operations and maintenance work done in shift.
Load management as per the demand and production
Operation of switchyard of 10MVA transformer, CTs, PTs, CCTV, Isolators, SF6 breakers, VCB breakers, surge arrestors, Wave trap, isolation transformer etc.
Identifying faults and abnormalities, isolating & rectifying them from healthy system.
Handling all types of Troubles related to production and instrumentation section such as Governor system Excitation
Planing shutdown work and executes it within timelines and with proper manpower handling
Details study/observation of electrical equipment & its related Accessories installed in Pehur hydro power complex.
MONITORING MAIN/AUXILARY UNITS
Detail study/observation of electrical equipment & its Related Accessories installed in pehur hydro power complex.
Main Systems (32MVA Generator & Transformers, Governor System, Excitation System,
Vertical Reaction Type Francis Turbines, Draft Tubes and its Gates).
Auxiliary Systems (Power Line Carrier, LT(415V) & HT(11KV) Switchgear , Brakes Air System , Air Compressor System , Fire Fighting System , Cooling Water System , HVAC System , Drainage & Dewatering System , Battery or UPS System).
Generator Differential Protection Relay (24G).
132KV Switchyard Breaker and Half scheme, Operation of SF6 Breakers, Monitoring the Breakers Pressure and report if abnormality or alarm appears.

Implementation of Relay Logic Operation
Learn and understand the basic principle of PLC input and output device.
Learn about auxiliary programs and how to call them using subroutine commands.
Learn about input and output MAP of PLC.
Understand the structure and principle of PLC Trainer(ED-4260).
To understand motors forward and reverse circuit using PLC.
Program practice using set, reset, positive/negative transition sensing pulse coil and jump commands.
To learn the application of timer commands, counters types and its characteristics.
Details study/observation of PLC equipment & its related Accessories .

Main Duties Included
Electronics Engineering lab management and conduction.
Maintenance of Electronic & Pneumatic instrument equipments.
Instrument Experience of Flow, Pressure, Temperature, level, air regulator.
Experience with both motor and air operated valves from several manufacturers including Fisher.
Calibration of instruments like differential pressure transmitter, control valves etc.
Installation of Electric wires of 2 phase & 3 phase lines.
Perform various maintenance tasks.
Able to understand P&ID drawings
