●Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
●Responsible for the daily record of branch employee attendance and leaves (manually and software)
●Solve queries of branch employees on calls.
●Complete the documents of new candidates on call when they join branch
●To relocate branches of employees on calls.
● Worked in the HRIS section. Where I was responsible for maintaining and updating personnel records
through software and manual
● Also maintain and update employees record in files from the time of joining at the end of his/her
retirement.
● Also learned how to update jobs on company software.
Recruitment section:
● Learned in the recruitment section how to hire candidates according to the quota system
● I also learned in the HRD section how to provide training to an individual after he/she is first hired.
● Also learned in this section, how to provide opportunities to learn new skills that are beneficial for the
employee\'s tasks, and any other developmental activities.
